  1. In small dissolve the geletine and keep aside.
  2. In another small bowl, combine matcha powder with milk and keep aside.
  3. In a sauce pan,combine cream, milk and vanilla.
  4. Place it on a stove under medium,and stir in the dissolved gelatine,let it simmer then remove from the heat.
  5. Divide into 2,add matcha mixture to one portion and stir a few drops of green food coloring.
  6. Seive over a fine strainer,and allow it to cool.
  7. Pour the green mixture into a cup about ⅓ cup and place it in the fridge for about 30mins or until set.
  8. Then add the white portion to ½ of the cup and allow to set in the fridge for another 30mins and finally pour the green to top up the cup allow to set in the fridge for another 30mins.
  9. Serve and enjoy!.
